Throwing it back to childhood

Day 13! Unlucky for some, lucky for others! And for all you booklovers out there it is lucky for you as today's post in the GG challenge is all about our 10 favourite childhood books!

I loved reading as a kid, it was an escapism for me so this is easy for me to make!

So here is '#TheGirlGang Blogging challenge (Day Thirteen)'...

In no particular order, although number one is my favourite book ever:

The Worst Witch - Jill Murray
Matilda - Roald Dahl
The Twits- Roald Dahl
Guess How Much I Love You - Sam McBratney
Winnie the Pooh - AA Milne
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory - Roald Dahl
Tracey Beaker - Jacqueline Wilson
Harry Potter - J K Rowling
The Wind in the Willows - Kenneth Grahame
The Very Hungry Caterpillar - Eric Carle

Well there you have it!

Also, don't know if it was a coincident or if they knew, but today is Roald Dahl's 100th birthday so

Happy 100th Birthday you marvellous, fantastic, friendly and magical man!

What are your childhood books?
See you soon

  1. I was a big Roald Dahl/Jacqueline Wilson/J.K.Rowling fan too, but I also used to love R.L.Stine, Anthony Horowitz and Meg Cabot!
