My Weird Hobby, a catch up
Earlier this year I shared with you my weird hobby. I collect coins. I am a coin collector. Since I had such a lovely response to the post, I have decided to give you all a little bit of an update with how my collection is going so far. A catch up basically.
In July, when I published the first post, I had £28 worth of coooooool coins, in a mixture of 50ps, £1s and £2s. Well it is safe to say, it has definitely grown as now I have over a whopping £50. £58 to be precise. I think I have included them all in here but if I haven't then sorryyyyyy!
I know, I know, it is getting out of hand but I just cannot help myself! I even have my family and friends looking for me still, oh dear!
So here is 'My Weird Hobby, a catch up'...

Oh my gosh, I'm so glad I've found a fellow coin collector. I've only just started collecting coins, so mine is teeny weeny in comparison to yours. But I fell head over heels for the Peter Rabbit 50p, so I just had to collect the set - I now only need Squirrel Nutkin to complete it!
ReplyDeleteI've started to branch out though and recently got the Hollow Crown £2, the Charles Dickens 200th Anniversary £2 and the WWF 50p, which was very exciting!
Thank you so much for giving me the space to rave about coins!

DeleteThis couldn't have came at a better time! Last week I broke my money saving pot open and it had nearly £500 in 50's and £2, I had no idea how much was in there until I counted it up! There's so many 50p designs isn't there? I know some are worth a lot, I might have a go at selling some haha.
ReplyDeleteI definitely recommend those pots, they're a fun way to save. I just bought another one Haha.
