With the nights closing in on us early and the temperatures making us shiver, there is nothing better than staying in and watching a film with loved ones or friends.

Due to this, here are three Christmassy films you should watch on Netflix UK to make you feel all warm and cosy inside!

Once Upon a Holiday

Netflix description:

A princess runs away from her royal duties during a Christmas visit to a big city and meets a nice guy who shows her the joy of living a normal life.

A predictable film but it is so cute and there are really some adorable moments in it. It is just a nice, light, gentle film to watch on a winters afternoon whilst drinking a hot chocolate and snuggled on the sofa with a blanket wrapped around you.

A Christmas Detour

Netflix description:

A cynical bartender helps a romantically optimistic bride-to-be make it home to meet her fiancé's parents when a snowstorm reroutes their flight.

Ok so the beginning scene is a bit 'what is this' but it did get better and like the first film listed, it is just a nice film to watch after a long day.

Outnumber Christmas Specials

Netflix description:

2009- Burglars visit the Brockmans for the holidays, which proves to be the least of the family's worries on an eventful Boxing Day.

2011- The Brockmans hope to get away for the holiday, but Granddad's sudden illness -- and trip to the worst hospital ever-- threatens their plans.

Yes, technically not a film but I had to include Outnumbered because they are fab and I miss them on my TV screen so much so when I saw that there were these two Christmas specials available to watch, I was buzzzzzzzzzzzzzing!

It is so funny and Karen is such a sassy kid, I cannot deal hahahahah!

It just bought back a lot of memories of me getting super excited about watching the hit BBC show, those were fabulous times!
